Your church can join our mission to bring hope and healing through prayer, service, and mission support. Together with Mercy Ships, your church can be the hands and feet of Jesus in the nations we serve. There are a number of ways that churches can get involved:

Take a Special Offering
By taking a special offering for Mercy Ships during a service, or at a special time of year such as Easter or Christmas, your church can give children and families a new start in life. Mercy Ships can supply brochures, posters and displays to support your offering.
Nominate Mercy Ships as your Mission Project
Get your whole church working together by raising funds for a Mercy Ships medical or development program. Your congregation could raise money to fund a program that will transform the lives of an entire community. Mercy Ships will work closely with you to select a program suitable for your church and provide support, resources and feedback to make it a year to remember.
Join Us in Prayer
Prayer has been an integral part of Mercy Ships’ decades-long history. Join those around the world who uphold the work of Mercy Ships in prayer by receiving our prayer requests.

Invite a Speaker
We have a dedicated group of volunteers who can be booked to speak at a church service, small group, women’s group, men’s breakfast, youth night, retreat, etc.
Many on the Speakers Network are former crew members and have first-hand knowledge and stories of life on a Mercy Ship. They can adapt their presentations to suit your time frame, the number of people attending, the venue, etc. This may include Mercy Ships videos, Powerpoints, photo displays, and other materials. You can support us by arranging one of our speakers to come to you.
